Loan Signing Services (Residential or Commercial) This is a specialized service for signing a large package of documents related to the financing of real estate. Due to the complexity, number of signatures required (often 50-200+ pages), and the expertise involved, this service has a separate fee structure.
How to identify if you have a loan package:
Residential Home Loan: Your document package is for a home purchase, refinance, or HELOC. Look for key documents like a Closing Disclosure (CD), Promissory Note, Deed of Trust or Mortgage.
Commercial Property Loan: Your package is for financing business real estate. Look for key documents like a Commercial Loan Agreement, Security Agreement, Guaranty Agreement, or a UCC-1 Financing Statement.
Please enter the recipient's information. We will provide tracking numbers to both parties. International mailing will be invoiced based on your selected service.
