The service fee is 100% Non-Refundable if the notary arrives and the patient refuses to sign or is found to be mentally incapacitated/unalert at the time of the appointment.

Grace Period

The package includes 30 minutes of wait time at the facility. Additional time is billed at standard hourly rates.

The notary cannot proceed if the signer appears mentally incapable of understanding the document or is heavily medicated.
