For Specialty Services, we price by the "Packet" (Legal Instrument), not by the page or the stamp. Specialty documents require advanced verification and longer session times. One Packet equals one complete legal document for one person.

📄 1 Power of Attorney = 1 Packet
📜 1 Last Will = 1 Packet
⚖️ 1 Living Trust = 1 Packet
⚠️ Crucial Example: If a Husband and Wife both need a Will signed, that counts as 2 Separate Packets because they are individual legal instruments for each person.

📄 Certified Copy Pricing Logic

An Attested Photocopy requires the notary to personally supervise the copying of your original document. Each individual document is billed as one (1) set.
