Notary Questions
We don’t provide exact prices over the phone because we need to review the documents first. Sometimes documents are different or improperly formatted compared to how they are described. To help, we offer online tools and estimates so clients can calculate an approximate cost based on their understanding of what needs to be notarized.
In Florida, the standard fee for a basic notarization is $10 per seal. For more complex requests—such as loan signings, trusts, estate planning, or deeds—additional service fees may apply. If your document requires witnesses, we can provide those for a small fee as well. You can find a full breakdown of all our rates on our website before you book!
Most local banks offer free notary services , however they do not sign estate planning documents or power of attorney documents.
The office fee ensures you have a private, professional environment for your sensitive legal matters. Unlike a busy retail store or a shipping center, we provide a quiet space dedicated entirely to your appointment. This fee also covers added conveniences like printing, faxing, scanning, and mail forwarding for your documents.
