Cancellation & Refund Policy**

Refund Guidelines:**

 **Full Refund:** Cancellations made at least **two weeks (14 days)** before the scheduled service will receive a **100% refund**.
– **50% Refund:** Cancellations made **less than two weeks but at least one week (7 days)** in advance will receive a **50% refund**.
– **No Refund:** No refund will be issued for:
– Same-day cancellations.
– No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice).
