🛑 Hospital Refund Policy
  • ⚠️ The $150 Dispatch Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If the patient is asleep, heavily medicated, or unwilling to sign upon our arrival, the notarization cannot legally proceed (FL Statute).
  • The fee covers the agent's travel and time regardless of the signing outcome. Please ensure the patient is alert before booking.
👥 Witness Requirements
  • Which docs need witnesses?
    Last Will, Living Will, Ladybird Deeds, and many POAs.
  • Can the Notary witness?
    Only for certain documents. Usually, separate individuals are required.
  • Don't have a witness?
    We can provide one for $50.00. You MUST select this add-on at checkout so we bring an extra person.
