Alternatively, you can visit our office located at 1680 Michigan Ave, Suite 700. We kindly request that you call or message us before coming to the office. How do I release a car from impound to a non registered owner in Florida?
In the case of an impounded vehicle, when the individual seeking its release is not the registered owner, a valid notarized power of attorney is required. This power of attorney should explicitly grant authority to the named individual to conduct business on behalf of the registered owner.
