What processing speeds are available?
Standard processing is estimated at 2–7 business days. Expedited processing is estimated at 1–4 business days.
What if the service cannot be completed?
If we cannot perform the service, your payment will be refunded. Prepayment is required to confirm the request.
Can I get a refund after dispatch?
Once service has been dispatched, a refund is not available when an incorrect or incomplete address, access information, or other supplied details prevent service.
What happens to uploaded files and support follow-ups?
Photos, video, and follow-ups may be handled through a support ticket. Tickets are deleted after 45 days, so download any files you need to keep before then.
