Can I complete an online notarization from outside the United States?
It may be possible, subject to identity verification, Florida requirements, the law where you are located and acceptance by the recipient. Tell us your physical location. A foreign passport is not an automatic guarantee of successful identity verification.
Will the session take five minutes?
Some straightforward video signings may be brief after identity verification. Document review, verification, multiple participants and technical issues affect total appointment time. We do not guarantee a five-minute completion.
What does the quoted price include?
The estimate separates the session base, document service, additional signers and staff witnesses. General documents add $10 per notarial act. This estimate covers General Notary services and any selected Apostille request.

Staff witness service is $25 per set. Requirements, qualifications, participation and availability must be confirmed for your documents.
Can an online notary certify my birth certificate for apostille?
An official vital record needs the correct issuing-authority certification. Notarizing a photocopy is not a substitute. Use the apostille service finder for document-specific instructions.
How do I reschedule?
Use the online link in your booking-confirmation email up to two hours before your appointment. Read the cancellation and refund terms in the booking form before paying.

Sessions are recorded in accordance with Florida requirements. Join from the invitation sent to your booking email. Recipients receive notarized documents by email after completion.
