Frequently Asked Questions❓
Wedding Preferences & Setup
What is the difference between a Private and Family wedding?
When booking your Miami Beach marriage officiant, the difference is strictly based on your guest count. Private weddings are limited to 3 guests maximum, ensuring a fast, quiet elopement. Family weddings allow up to 15 guests and require more time, space, and coordination.
Where do I get my Florida Marriage License?
You must obtain your marriage license from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse or any Florida circuit court before your ceremony. If you cannot visit the courthouse, we offer Circuit Court Approved Wedding Coordination Services to handle it for you.
How long is the Miami Beach Marriage Officiant service?
The officiant service and ceremony generally take about 15 minutes to complete.
Can I add custom vows or personal vows?
Yes! You are welcome to share your own personal vows. However, we will still require you to recite the official Florida state marriage ceremony vows at the end of your personal vows to ensure the marriage is legally binding.
Mobile Wedding Details
What is the difference between "Family Mobile" and the "Full Mobile" Wedding?
Both allow up to 15 guests at your chosen location. However, the standard Family Mobile ($199) is just the officiant service. The Full Mobile Wedding ($449) includes the delivery, setup, and teardown of an elegant Wedding Arbor to frame your ceremony beautifully.
How many guests can I bring to a mobile wedding?
You can bring as many guests as you want. However, the officiant will start the ceremony no later than 30 minutes past the originally scheduled time.
Availability, Venues & Booking
Do you perform weddings on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes, we do perform weekend weddings. However, notary availability is highly limited on weekends, so we strongly suggest inquiring weeks before your intended ceremony date.
Do you perform weddings in the office?
We only perform in-office weddings during extreme emergencies. In most cases involving bad weather, we will reschedule your outdoor ceremony for free instead of moving it indoors.
Payments & Refunds
Can I get my money back if I cancel?
Yes. After you pay for your service, you will be sent a cancellation policy that you must sign, which outlines the exact terms for receiving a refund.
